  • A very useful and practical list, Mark. In 4., I presume by AR you mean autoresponder? Not everyone who would benefit from your list would know what AR means and that would be a pity. (I always tell my students that, before using an abbreviation, it is professional courtesy to use the full name and, if necessary, explain it as not everyone has the same level of knowledge.)
