Unlike many speakers, Ted was a successful entrepreneur long before he became known as an author, speaker, marketing expert, and consultant.

Without capital, Ted started his first business at age 21 and became a millionaire at age 24. During his business career he founded 22 companies, has written 14 best-seller books and published 53 books by other authors.

Through his “real-world” business activities, Ted developed a unique direct-to-consumer marketing approach, which can be applied to virtually any business — and invested 100 million dollars of his own capital to refine his strategies.

In 1991, he sold his companies and retired.

Plus, Nicholas Direct, Inc. — Ted’s own company, which markets his books, audio and video tapes, newsletter, seminars, as well as other information products.
